60g butter

50g egg yolks

250g egg whites

200g chocolate

60g almond paste

Ingredients

100g sugar

100g butter

1 egg yolk

40g self-raising flour

100g ground almonds

40g crushed hazelnuts

60g chopped dark chocolate

Tbsp of chocolate ganache

Instructions

Pre-heat oven.

Almond and Chocolate Cake 2 seems to be very similar to the Almond and Chocolate Cake 1, however Almond and Chocolate Cake 2’s ingredients came from my notes of the evening and may actually be those for the chocolate, orange and hazelnut praline cake. And Almond and Chocolate Cake 1’s ingredients came from Khalid’s written list.

I think it was the first cake and I didn’t realise I was going to be taking notes, so can someone please fix this mess?

Cook until done in an oven set at 170C.
